Aspect Golden and bright, with emerald touches. Nose The Chardonnay, exclusive
varietal of the champagne, carefully harvested by hand in the old plots of
the wine estate, mostly in 2015 (80%), slowly reveals its scents of white
fruits, citrus fruits, almond and hazelnut, underlined by an iodized and
mentholated breath. |
Palate The brilliant purity, result of the selection of the first juices (cuvée) during the pressing of the grapes, unveils a remarkable presence, thanks to 4 years of ageing of the bottles on laths. With this Blanc de Blancs, the 3 sisters,
Laurence, Marie-Josée and Armelle, offer us a rare interpretation of the
Premier Cru of Villers-Marmery, in the Mountain of Reims. |
