Aspect: Gold, dense and brilliant. Refined and festive bubbles. Nose: Radiant generosity. The black varietals (90% of Meunier and 10% of
Pinot Noir), carefully harvested by hand in vines of Le Breuil, take us in a
heady whirl of scents, between blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry redcurrant
and candied blackberry, driven by delicate spices. |
Palate: Delicious balance, between lively freshness thanks to the perfect
control of the malolactic fermentation of the base wines and to the absence
of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement), and sensual roundness, signature
of the two years of patient ageing on laths of the bottles. With this Cuvée
Tradition Brut, inspired blending of vintages from 2012 to
2016, Dominique Sendron, wine grower, offers us a
tasty champagne with a very good value for money. |
