Aspect: White gold,
brilliant. Refined
bubbles. Nose: Sensual and elegant, source of rare emotions. The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal, reveals all
its finesse with its scents of apple, pear, apricot and grape, driven by of
the subtle spices thanks to the ageing in oak barrels of a part of the base
wines. |
Palate: Joyful tension at
the opening, reinforced by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at
disgorgement). The mouth becomes
caressing, ample and creamy, supported by the creamy effervescence,
characteristic sign of the radiant maturity, result of 9 years of ageing on
laths of the
bottles. With this cuvée Un R de rien from Adrien’s range of the Champagne house
Pascal Redon, Adrien Redon signs an unforgettable interpretation of the true
nature of the Chardonnay. |
