Aspect Golden, brilliant, driven by a fine and regular effervescence. Nose Touching and complex. The scents of apple, pear and candied citrus fruits, signatures of the
Chardonnay (35%), mingle with aromas of red and black fruits thanks to the majority
of Pinot Noir (55%) and Meunier (10%). |
Palate Joyful vitality, underlined by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement). The mouth becomes caressing, voluptuous, delicately roasted sign of the fullness of the champagne obtained by 5 years of ageing of the bottles, on laths. With this Cuvée Pure Zéro Dosage,
