Aspect Golden and brilliant. Delicate bubbles. Nose The endless elegance of the Chardonnay, exclusive varietal, carefully harvested
by hand in 2010 in the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly and Le
Mesnil-sur-Oger) and the Premier Cru of Cumières, is underlined by soft spices. |
Palate The heady liveliness, reinforced
by the adjusted dosage with only 5 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, deliciously
mineral, unveils an ample and generous roundness, characteristic sign of 9
years of patient ageing of the bottles, on laths, before riddling and disgorgement. With this cuvée Esprit de Victoria Blanc de Blancs 2010, Nathalie
Laplaige, cellar master, signs a rare champagne. |
