Aspect: Pale gold,
coupled with emerald glints. Refined
effervescence. Nose: Subtle and endless delicacy. The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of the cuvée, carefully harvested by hand in
plots of old vines of Montgueux, in the Côte des Bar, reveals all its
finesse, with its scents of apple, pear and exotic fruits. |
Palate: Brilliant purity at
the opening, thanks to the absence of dosage (no sugar added at
disgorgement). The mouth is
unveiled sensual, soft and creamy, signature of the maturity obtained by 5
years of ageing on laths of the bottles. Great length on the
palate. For
this Carte Blanche, Hélène Beaugrand, wine grower, was able to put her
feminine sensitivity in the service of a particular terroir, to sign a touching champagne. |
