Aspect: Pale gold. Delicate and festive bubbles. Nose: Endless and sensual farandole
of outstanding fragrances. The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal, harvested by
hand in 2013 in the plots which are more than 50 years old, in the Grands
Crus of Avize and Cramant, gently unveils its aromatic elegance, deliciously
iodized and mentholated. |
Palate: Splendid mineral vitality of the chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs,
highlighted by the selection of the têtes
de cuvées during the pressing of the grapes. Gourmet and creamy caress, barely roasted,
thanks to the vinification in demi-muids and
in vats, and to the 5 years of ageing of the bottles, on laths, before
disgorgement. Pascal
Agrapart and his son Ambroise, wine growers, sign a new unforgettable opus of
this Champagne Extra Brut 2013 Blanc
de Blancs Grand Cru - Minéral. |
