Aspect Gold, bright. Fine bead of foam and refined bubbles. Nose Radiant
and touching, with a remarkable delicacy with scents of
white fruits and white flowers, revelations of the majority of Chardonnay (80%),
assisted by Pinot Noir (15%) and Meunier (5%). |
Palate The sensual freshness, reinforced
by the adjusted dosage with 4 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, gives
way to generosity, expression of the great maturity of the champagne (4 years
of ageing on laths). With this cuvée Chapitre, Christophe Ly and Lyse
