Aspect Golden, brilliant with thousand bubbles. Nose Brilliant intensity with scents
of red and black fruits, characteristic signs of the Pinot Noir selected in
2011 in the locality « Le Bois des Jots » in Cumières, Premier Cru of
the Marne Valley, highlighted by outstanding woody notes thanks to the ageing
of the base wines in oak barrels for 6 months. |
Palate Remarkable presence at the opening, prelude to a radiant balance, result of 7 years of ageing on laths. With this Cuvée Terre d’Antan, the Champagne
house Philippe Martin, resolutely committed to an environmentally friendly
approach, signs an inspired interpretation of the particularly precocious
year 2011. |
