luxurious looking.
Appearance :
·
Pale gold
·
Good effervescence
·
Fine perlage
·
Limpid
Nose :
·
Complex and sensual, giving instant and intense
pleasure
·
Opening with apple, pear, peach and candied citrus
fruit, signature of the 70% Chardonnay obtained from the vineyard plot “Les

·
Wonderful nuances of butter, brioche and pastries,
delicately toasted, the result of lengthy ageing sur lattes of the

·
Aromas of caramel, vanilla, honey and beeswax,
expression of a particular and subtle woody note, obtained by ageing the base
wines in century old barrels for one to two years

The nose then reveals aromas of red fruits and kirsch,
thanks to the 30% Pinot Noir selected from the village of Ecueil

almost sweet, the result of a carefully timed malolactic fermentation, enhanced
by a creamy effervescence

Alluring notes of caramel and strawberry jam

Deliciously acidulous and spicy finish
· Good length on the palate
