Aspect: Gold, brilliant. Fine and dynamic bubbles. Nose: Heady aromatic farandole. The aromas of red and black fruits harmoniously
mingle with delicate scents of white fruits and citrus fruits, signatures of
the touching synergy of the 3 champenois
varietals (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, in equal parts). |
Palate: Lively attack, reinforced by the low dosage with only 4 g/L of
sugar added at disgorgement, highlighted by the gentle minerality of the
beautiful clay-limestone terroirs
of Charly-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. The mouth is revealed caressing, thanks to 4 years of ageing on laths
of the bottles. With this cuvée Extra Brut
Eminence Millésime 2014, Magali and
Geoffroy, passionate wine growers, offer us a joyful champagne. |
