Aspect Golden and bright, brilliant with a million delicate bubbles. Nose The outstanding scents of candied citrus fruits, white fruits compote,
almond and hazelnut gently embrace the roasted touches, heady signatures of
the Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of the cuvée. |
Palate The freshness of the opening, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 3 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, reveals a creamy and endless gentleness. With
this cuvée Extra Brut Blanc de
Blancs - Grand Cru, Eric and Bruno Vesselle sign a touching interpretation of
the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy, in
the Mountain of Reims. |
