Aspect Gold, coupled with amber glints. Nose Radiant and subtle sensuality, with aromas of
candied citrus fruits, apple and pear compote, signatures of the Chardonnay, exclusive
varietal, chosen in the old plots of the localities « Les Crochettes » and « Les
Belles Feuilles » in Soulières, respectively planted in 1964 and 1968, dans
the Congy area. |
Palate Deep and life-giving opening, reinforced by the timely stop of the malolactic fermentation of the base wines. The mouth becomes caressing, supple and endless, expression of the bright maturity of the champagne. With
this cuvée Sollissime 2015 from the
collection « Les singles » offered
as numbered bottles, Alain Gérard, wine grower, offers us a touching
champagne. |
