Aspect Golden and brilliant. Bubbles of a rare finesse. Nose Heady aromatic landscape. The aromas of red and black fruits compote, subtly
spicy, signatures of the majority of Pinot Noir (80%), are enhanced by scents of candied citrus fruits and vine peach thanks to the Chardonnay (20%).

Palate Generous fullness at the opening, underlined by the sensual minerality of the chalk and supported by delicious touches of honey and pastries obtained by 3 years of ageing on laths of the bottles before riddling and disgorgement. For
this Brut Tradition with a very good value for money, Aurélien Dauvergne was
able to blend the base wines from 3 years of harvest to reveal the Grand Cru
of Bouzy. |
