Nose :
Joyful aromas of red fruits, touching
signatures of the Meunier (50%).
The Chardonnay (50%) unveils at last
its elegance.
Palate :
Pure attack thanks to the rigorous
selection of the very first juices (tête de cuvée) during
the soft pressing of the grapes and to the timely stop of the malolactic
fermentation of the base wines.
The mouth becomes sensual.
A generous and mature Champagne.
