Aspect:
Golden and crystal-clear.
Fine and dynamic bubbles.
Nose:
Confident elegance, source of endless emotions.
The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of
the cuvée, vinified in oak barrels from
Burgundy, immediately charms with its outstanding scents of white fruits and
citrus fruits, deliciously iodized, punctuated by subtle spices.
|
Palate:
The splendid
purity, underlined by the minimalist dosage with only 2.5 g/L of sugar
added during the dosage and supported by the outstanding minerality of the
chalk of the plot « Les Belles Voyes » in the Grand Cru of Oger, in the Côte
des Blancs, is combined with the radiant maturity, the one of the grapes harvested
nice ripe and the one of the champagne ripened on laths for 5 years.
With this cuvée Les Belles Voyes 2012, Franck
Bonville, wine grower, signs a bright champagne.
