coupled with scents of apple and citrus fruits, thanks to the Chardonnay (10%).

generosity, characteristic sign of the long ageing on laths of the
bottles, with corks.
Outstanding
minerality, enhanced by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement).
