Palate The bright minerality of the chalk, enhanced by the adjusted dosage with 3 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, unveils an endless generosity, thanks to 6 years of patient ageing of the bottles. With this Cuvée des Caudalies 2012 - Avize, Erick De Sousa reveals the
